In a nutshell
We're looking for a Programme Manager to join our Technology and Transformation team, you will play a pivotal role in delivering key cross-functional programmes for our airline. You’ll be responsible for ensuring the successful execution of high-value projects, aimed at achieving strategic business outcomes. Working closely with senior business leaders, including the CEO, EVP, and SVP, you will leverage your expertise in programme delivery, change management, and outcome realisation to drive success for our customers.

Day to day
- Provide top-tier programme delivery expertise, ensuring alignment with business objectives and goals.
- Collaborate with business owners and stakeholders at all levels to ensure seamless programme execution and change implementation.
- Confidently manage a team of delivery resources within a matrix environment, ensuring optimal performance and resource utilisation.
- Demonstrate exceptional communication skills, enabling you to effectively influence and manage across functional boundaries.
- Deliver complex change projects with a focus on high-quality outcomes and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Navigate and manage the complexities of large-scale transformation programmes will be crucial to our success in this dynamic and fast-paced industry.
About you
- Demonstratable experience in programme management, with a focus on large-scale, cross-functional projects. With a proven track record of delivering projects and programmes with a typical value of £5m+.
- Demonstratable experience in change management, project management tools and methodologies resulting in outcome delivery.
- Programme Management Certification is essential.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience in managing delivery resources in a matrix environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of influencing and managing stakeholders at all levels, including CEO/EVP/SVP.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Evidence of navigating and manage complex in fast-paced environments with familiarity with technology and transformation initiatives within large organisation.
- Deep understanding of the airline industry would be a plus but not essential.
