Cargo Customer Service & Relations
Our Cargo Customer Service Executives handle all our customers air freight needs—from bookings and quotes to logistics and inquiries. Our Cargo Care Specialists tackle complex customer issues with personalised solutions, empowered to make the right calls.

Cargo Sales
Building and nurturing meaningful relationships with clients is what our Cargo Account Managers do best.
As the go-to for everything from regular bookings to crucial ad-hoc requests, our Cargo Account Managers are the face of Virgin Atlantic Cargo. Whether that’s out in the field or over the phone, they make sure our clients feel valued, understood, and prioritised.
Partnership is key in this role, whether you’re working closely with the revenue management team to craft a compelling offer or creating a foundation of trust through your consultative sales approach.
Cargo Operations
Cargo Operations Officers are the heartbeat of our team. Working 12 hour shifts to ensure air cargo reaches its destination on time, every time. Every day is a new adventure, and our officers meet each challenge with purpose, energy, and drive.
Whether they’re creating flight build plans, overseeing third-party handling companies in our cutting-edge warehouse, or being the key contact on the tarmac, they play a vital role in the ramp handling process.

Cargo Commercial & Development
It takes a village to move cargo across the world, and our Cargo Commercial team is the driving force behind it all.
Made up of Strategy & Planning, Revenue Management, Network & Forecasting, Marketing & Communications and Product Development. They collaborate to develop a product portfolio tailored to customer needs and manage pricing and commercial processes, all grounded in insightful data and analytics.
