We want true customer champions who put our customers at the heart of everything they do. Working as part of a cohesive and dynamic team you’ll balance your passion for customer care with your ability to maintain the highest of safety and security standards at all times.
Our crew are amazing ambassadors for lots of reasons. They’re resilient, friendly, collaborative, proactive, supportive and caring. But everyone brings their own unique quality to the role. Our fabulous Crew come from all walks of life so you don’t need to have previous Cabin Crew experience to apply.

Our perfect candidate
We’re looking for people who are excited by the prospect of bringing our amazing brand to life, with at least one year of continuous face to face customer service experience. To get your wings, you’ll have to pass our rigorous training programme.
Although your learning won’t stop there. Working in a compliance area means you’ll have yearly exams and you’ll be tested on safety in your pre-flight briefings.
Being cabin crew is exciting, fun and rewarding. But it’s also hard work. Time away from home, your friends and family can be tough and because we’re a longhaul airline, you’ll spend long periods of time on your feet. On a flight to New York, you’ll walk an average of five miles up and down the aircraft. But that won’t matter once you arrive in the Big Apple.
