Salary: £11,466 per annum for 21.5 hours pw and £11,333 per annum for 21.25 hours pw plus shift allowance and excellent benefits

Contract: Permanent

Hours: 21.5 hours per week, Week 1: Sun – Tues 07.00 – 13.30 / Week 2: Sun – Weds 07.00-13.30 & 08.00 – 15.00

Interviews to be held in Manchester 4th & 5th Mar - You will be required to bring models with you for trade tests (lucky friends!)

Must be able to attend 2 weeks training in Crawley June 2020 – accommodation and reasonable expenses will be covered.

In a nutshell

We are excited to launch a brand-new Wellness Spa as part of our Clubhouse facilities at Manchester Airport. Offering a range of treatments to truly relax our Upper class customers before they fly.

This is an exciting opportunity to join our Clubhouse Team. You will be the front-line of Virgin Atlantic Upper Class customers offering an outstanding service that has your personal touch and leaves every one of our customers that visits the Clubhouse feel valued!

We provide a top-quality spa service enhancing our customers’ journey with us and providing moments of delight.

Day to Day

Once customers arrive at the Clubhouse, you will walk around and introduce yourself and the services we offer. You will run a column offering a comprehensive range of Spa treatments for both men and women, including hot stones' massage, facials, hand treatments, body massage and foot treatments.

Your treatments will last between 15 - 45 minutes.

You will always ensure that our customers are well looked after whilst maintaining a flawless, comprehensive service from making appointments and taking payments to exploring opportunities to promote and generate revenue from sales of relevant skincare products.

To ensure that you are delivering the highest possible levels we encourage you to keep up to date with market trends and to attend internal and external courses to make sure you are performing at your best in this specialist, ever-evolving field.

You will need:

Customers have flights to catch, so turnaround times will be tight and your shift pattern could involve 7am starts or late finishes. We are a 365 day a year operation so you will also be expected to work bank holidays, Easter and Christmas. Please give this consideration before applying.
