Salary: £22,500 plus excellent benefits and commission

Hours: Under the company's annualised hours system are based on 37.5 hour week over 52 weeks (one year), making a total of 1950 hours (pro-rated down if working less hours) per year that you are required to work

Location: York

Contract: Permanent - Full time

We're looking for a Supervisor to come and join our York Retail Team. To share your passion and dedication for delivering outstanding customer service, with the aim to inspire and build handcrafted holidays for our customers to match their interests, tastes and spend. Whilst developing your team to support our business objective to be the Most Loved travel company.


Day to day

• We'll teach you to know all of our products like the back of your hand, and suggest ways to upgrade our customers holiday to really fit with their preferences.
• Drive new business through helping out with creative and attention grabbing events and social media campaigns.
• Supporting the Manager with operational performance including rotas, discounting and forward thinking ideas to grow our business
• Keep our customer facing merchandise up to date and remain sales focused to inspire customer enquiries.
• Ensure a consistent approach to collecting customer questionnaires, analysing results and feeding back customer data.
• Role model sales through service to delivering a high level of Mystery shopper scores and sales.


About you

Being one of our Supervisors is a dynamic role, and sometimes with conflicting demands on your time.
We're on the look out for an individual who has:
• Worked in a target driven sales environment.
• Travel Industry experience desirable but not essential
• High levels of motivation, with the ability to translate this energy to our people.
• Experience delivering industry leading customer experience
• Excellent communication skills alongside being diligent, positive and an outstanding teammate.
• Creative, agile, problem solver, with the confidence to make decisions to put our customers first.
