Hours: 37.5 per week, Monday - Friday
Location: Hybrid remote working, with up to 3 days working at our VHQ, Crawley, West Sussex
Contract: Permanent

In a nutshell

As Senior Manager - Ancillaries you'll support and deliver Ancillary revenue strategies, covering the Airline and Virgin Atlantic Holidays (VAH). Driving revenue growth by offering compelling ancillary products, effectively distributed and optimally positioned. You'll analytically evaluate performance, adjusting application of strategy and driving change to strategic direction where appropriate.

Leading the team, you'll create an environment of high performance and high engagement, ensuring processes are efficient and effective.


Day to day

- Implementation of ancillary strategy

- Improve working practices across the team, generating efficiency, accuracy and productivity

- Drive Airline & VAH ancillary strategy
- Build trading actions to maximise revenue
- Leading and developing team


About you

Do you have proven ability leading and developing a high performing team with a hands on approach? Do you have commercial acumen with excellent problem solving skills? Then this could be the role for you.

Alongside the above we're looking for the following:

- Intellectually curious with the ability to identify emerging industry trends in revenue generation, both strategic and trading.
- Experience implementing change, and ensure benefit delivery.
- Influencing and communication skills to commercial leadership on trading actions that support the strategic direction.
