You'll be accountable for the delivery of our Reward agenda in the UK and overseas.
In a nutshell
Your focus will be to deliver the reward agenda in matters including mobility programme management, pay structures, incentive design, grading development, benchmarking, legal pay reporting and recognition, through business partnering.
Working closely with the Senior Reward Manager on the development and ultimate delivery of the reward priorities that support the overall people and business agenda.
Day to day
You will provide insight and guidance on all aspects of employee reward including compensation concepts, market analysis and benchmark surveys, whilst delivering insight on pay issues facing the business (market data, trends, economics, etc.).
Leading our mobility programme, whilst supporting those mobile employees, their leader and their HR Business Partner.
Partnering with our Talent & Development teams and HR Business Partners as well as business leaders and external contacts.
As a manager in the business, you will be expected to be a role model to colleagues within the team, and support their growth and developing, whilst developing and growing yourself.
Embedding our grading structure through the organisation (Korn Ferry Hay grading). Whilst working on annual multi-team projects like pay review and gender pay gap reporting.
Supporting the delivery of the company-wide recognition programmes that recognise and incentivise great performance.
Designing incentive and variable pay structures (including shift pay) in support of our desire to super-charge our performance.

Are you an experienced Reward Manager? Do you have a real passion for people with a sound ability to engage and influence others?
Ideally you will have experience of mobility programmes along with involvement and / or knowledge of the full range of reward activities for example; pay, incentives, recognition, grading structures, legal pay reporting. You will also be adept at collaborating and partnering with leaders, HR professionals and external contacts to deliver business wide reward initiatives. With a high level of numeracy, you'll be accomplished at analytical modelling i.e. pay / compensation scenarios and highly skilled on excel / modelling tools.
You will have excellent project management skills as you will be handing several large projects concurrently, along with systems experience including simplification and automation of reward processes in Oracle. A high degree of commercial business understanding and application to reward thinking and design will be also be needed.
With the ability to flex with the fast-changing needs of our business, you will be a broad thinker whilst being able to capture all the details. You will have a strategic mindset whilst operating at a functional level and delving into the analytical world.
