As a Personal Holiday Adviser within our store in Camberley you won’t just be a salesperson, you'll be an entrepreneur, marketing expert and dream weaver. Your knowledge for all our products will be infectious and you will tailor each holiday to our customer’s interests, requirements and budget. Everything that we do always starts with our customers, and we truly believe in going out of our way to delight and surprise. You will help our customers experience their ultimate holiday. You will be creative in achieving your sales targets.
Day to day
Working alongside our established award-winning Retail Team, who share your passion and dedication for delivering outstanding customer service. Your aim will be to inspire and build handcrafted holidays to match their interests, tastes and spend.
But it doesn’t stop there, we are always looking at ways we can blow our customers away and create those magic moments throughout their journey. As a single point of contact, you’ll have the opportunity to actively promote our fantastic products, form relationships and really get to exceed their expectations- Keeping them coming back for more.
Alongside exceptional customer service, you will work towards monthly sales targets given to you by your manager.

The store is open between Monday- Sunday, 09.00am and 8.00pm with the requirement to work 37.5 hours per week on early, late and weekend shifts.

* Outstanding communication skills with the ability to really listen and understand what our customer wants.
