In this role, you will be responsible for leading our Change Management function within the Enterprise Transformation team.
Day to day
In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of people-focused business change management within our ePMO capital projects. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Reporting on change management aligned to the enterprise investment portfolio and providing a clear and transparent view of the change management plan for a rolling 12-18 months.
- Identifying and communicating resourcing requirements to deliver the change management plan.
- Applying a best-practice approach to change management throughout the development and deployment of major projects and programs across the enterprise.
- Embedding and championing the Change management framework and toolkits/ways of working to enable the successful delivery of our Company ambition.
- Enhancing employee adoption and usage of new systems and processes to optimize benefits realization and return on investment.
- Sharing effective change management strategies with change managers in other functions.
- Understanding the drivers for change and implementing strategies to overcome resistance.
- Ensuring the highest value business opportunities are delivered in alignment with our overall strategic plans.
- Driving a performance culture of continuous improvement and people development.
About you
To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills:
- Change Management certification is essential.
- Demonstrable experience in understanding Change Management principles, methodologies, and tools applied in cross-functional projects or programs.
- Experience with methodologies such as Prosci.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate messages to diverse audiences and effectively manage resistance to change.
- Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships, with resilience and tenacity.
- Strong organizational and planning skills, with the ability to solve problems and work collaboratively.
- Experience with large-scale organizational change and familiarity with project management methodology and tools.
