In a nutshell

Do you love data?
The Portfolio Performance Manager role in the newly formed Enterprise Portfolio Management team will be responsible for designing, creating and maintaining all our portfolio dashboards and underlying data sources and procedures. This data and analysis is a key driver of our organisational decision making when it comes to how we will invest over £40m per annum, and allocate circa 100 Transformation staff.
You’re naturally tech savvy and able to produce dashboards in Power BI, being our tool of choice for data visualisation. You’re also able to optimise the underlying data structures and processes so we have a single, high quality source of truth.

About you

You have likely worked in a data analyst or equivalent role which has provided you with experience in the end to end data life cycle. You’ve worked in a variety of data visualisation tools and are highly skilled in Power BI.

With a wide range of stakeholders to deal with at all levels of the organisation, you also possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. As a newly formed team, you’ll be able to use your creative talents to suggest new ways of showcasing and using data to increase our maturity from an Enterprise PMO perspective, managing our KPI’s.
