Salary: £24,095.76 (Full Time Salary), £12,047 (Part Time Salary) plus excellent benefits
Hours: Full Time (37.5 hours on a 4 on 2 off shift pattern), Part Time (18.75 hours on a 3 on 3 off shift pattern)
Location: Heathrow
Contract: Permanent
Shifts: Full and Part Time shifts available, working on a 7 day rotational pattern, including early mornings and evenings
Closing Date: Sunday 25 February 2024

We're searching for warm, hands-on, and professional people for our two award winning lounges at London Heathrow. As Clubhouse Crew, you will build a memorable and lasting experience by delivering outstanding customer service to our Upper Class and Frequent Flyer guests. 

You'll be ready to tackle each challenge as it comes, and spot opportunities to promote amazing products and services, adding your own dash of Virgin flair - creating magnificent moments to wow our customers.

Day to day

Some of your key roles and responsibilities will be: 

  • Welcoming our guests with a warm, friendly smile and introducing them to our Clubhouse and Revivals lounge
  • Tantalise our customers' taste buds with our delicious, seasonal menu
  • With each plate placed, and every glass poured, you're not just delivering food and drink, you're delivering an experience
  • To create a sanctuary of comfort and relaxation before each journey, by maintaining a spotlessly clean and relaxing environment for guests to relax and unwind in
  • Play a pivotal part of the team, to ensure our customers' needs are met at every opportunity

About you

Are you customer service expert with experience in face-to-face interactions and delivering the most amazing service in a hospitality environment? 

Our Clubhouses are open 365 days a year, 7 days a week from early morning to late at night

Thinking of applying? We're looking for:

  • Experience of delivering excellent customer experience, where attention to detail and a tailored service is expected
  • Previous experience in food and beverage, hospitality environment is preferred
  • Confident working in a fast paced environment
  • Have the ability to prioritise and multi task a series of requests from our customers and colleagues
  • Free to work different shifts between 05:00am and 23:00pm, including some weekends and bank holidays
  • Able to acquire an airside pass ID that permits you to enter and work in restricted areas of London Heathrow airport
