Virgin Holidays Retail is a bold idea, with over 50 innovative standalone stores and concessions throughout the UK. We inspire everyone who has the dream of travelling and experiencing the world, to do so with the Virgin flair. As a Personal Holiday Adviser within our store in Meadowhall you won’t just be a Salesperson, you'll be an entrepreneur, marketing expert and dream weaver. Your knowledge for all our products will be infectious and you will tailor each holiday to our customer’s interests, requirements and budget. Everything that we do always starts with our customers, and we truly believe in going out of our way to delight and surprise. You will help our customers experience their ultimate holiday. You will be creative in achieving your sales targets.
Day to day
But it doesn’t stop there, we are always looking at ways we can blow our customers away and create those magic moments throughout their journey. As a single point of contact, you’ll have the opportunity to actively promote our fantastic products, form relationships and really get to exceed their expectations- Keeping them coming back for more.
Alongside exceptional customer service, you will work towards monthly sales targets given to you by your manager. We are not just a travel agent, we're dream makers and ground breakers. Now more than ever this is pivotal to our success and return to profitability!
