Customer Training jobs

Virgin Atlantic and Virgin Holidays have seriously impressive reputations for customer service. But we wouldn’t be able to deliver such greatness if it wasn’t for our Customer Training. This team makes sure that everyone who interacts with customers does so in a perfectly on brand way, that they’re confident enough to deal with almost any scenario and that they always deliver excellence.

Who do we look for?

We need people who can deliver effective, motivating and engaging training for the business areas. They need the ability to support and coach learners so they can competently and confidently perform their roles.

You will work closely with Training Design assisting with the design and development of training material, utilising subject matter expertise to ensure material is accurate for compliance that Virgin Atlantic must adhere to and for regulatory processes.

 

HR Business Partner jobs

As a HR Business Partner, you’ll act as a strategic partner, advisor and coach to the Senior Leadership teams, such as Vice Presidents within the business. You’ll provide HR technical expertise and advice, develop and implement appropriate people strategies, as well as drive, influence and support the cultural and people aspects of the business. The outcome should result in improved productivity and organisational effectiveness.

Who do we look for?

If you have a strong commercial awareness and HR technical expertise, can respond quickly and provide expert advice, and think objectively and strategically then this role could be for you. HRBP jobs require a high level of drive, enthusiasm, tenacity and resilience – we’ll also expect you to understand complex business functions quickly, recognising needs rather than wants within the organisation.

Corporate Communication jobs

Could you effectively create our company story to inspire and engage our people and external audiences? You’ll support corporate communication initiatives in line with our strategy, as well as craft and deliver ‘story’ materials to drive our positive corporate reputation. Our roles are varied within this department, with opportunities in senior management if you’re looking to take your career to the next level.

Who do we look for?

If you have proven experience of creating and executing high profile corporate campaigns and can write compelling content, then you should be at home in our Corporate Communications team. In addition, you should have outstanding negotiation skills and the ability to ‘sell’ ideas where needed. An understanding of public affairs and government relations would also be an advantage.

Reward Manager jobs

Join our Reward team and play a key part in designing and delivering the compensation agenda across all reward areas within our business. You could contribute to carrying out significant reward changes,across the business.

Who do we look for?

You should be highly numerate and have a detailed knowledge of pay and benefits, including experience across the full range of reward (benefits, pay, incentives including long term incentive plans). We also look for individuals who take a collaborative and highly structured approach with a high degree of commercial savviness and business understanding.
